Our “Subscribe & Save” program offers a convenient way to receive regular deliveries of your favorite Zenvita products at a discounted rate. By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments to your provided payment method.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. However, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that cycle.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policies
We strive to deliver our wholesome products to your doorstep as fresh as possible. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and seasonal demand. Zenvita is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address entries.
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For subscription orders, we prioritize fulfillment to ensure your nutritional routine remains uninterrupted.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products (Atta and grains), we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a compromised product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs for initial orders are non-refundable.
